This Privacy Policy describes how Stack, a brand of Lux Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit get-stack.com, use our health assessment, or subscribe to our supplement service.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping address, payment details, and health assessment responses (such as your health goals, dietary preferences, lifestyle habits, and demographic information). We also automatically collect device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies.
Health Information
Your health assessment responses are classified as sensitive personal information. This data is used exclusively to generate your personalized supplement recommendations through our AI recommendation engine. We do not sell, rent, or share your health data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to (a) generate personalized supplement recommendations, (b) process orders and manage your subscription, (c) send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates), (d) send marketing communications if you have opted in, (e) improve our products and services, and (f) comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including: Shopify (e-commerce and payment processing), Supabase (secure data storage), Recharge (subscription billing), Klaviyo (email communications), OKCapsule (supplement fulfillment and shipping), and Vercel (website hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels (including Meta/Facebook Pixel), and similar technologies to analyze website usage, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain website functionality.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Health assessment data is retained for the duration of your account to maintain your supplement recommendations. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and role-based access controls. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
