FDA Disclaimer

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for advice from your physician or other healthcare professional.

Not Medical Advice

Stack is a personalized supplement recommendation service, not a medical service. Our health assessment and AI-powered recommendations are based on self-reported information and published nutritional research. They do not constitute medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a prescribed treatment plan. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplement regimen.

Consult Your Doctor

You should consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting any supplement program, particularly if you (a) are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing, (b) are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, (c) have a known medical condition, (d) are under 18 years of age, or (e) are scheduled for surgery.

Pregnancy, Preconception, and Breastfeeding

Stack is designed to support women through every life stage, but pregnancy and breastfeeding require heightened care. Many supplements that are safe for the general population are contraindicated during pregnancy or lactation. If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant (TTC), or breastfeeding, you must consult your OB-GYN, midwife, or primary care provider before starting, changing, or continuing any supplement. Our recommendation engine will flag supplements that are not suitable for these stages based on the information you provide in the health assessment, but the assessment is not a substitute for individualized prenatal care. Supplements are not a replacement for prenatal vitamins prescribed or recommended by your provider, and they are not a substitute for prenatal medical care.

Hormonal Health and Cycle Support

Our supplements are intended to support general hormonal wellness, menstrual comfort, and nutritional gaps associated with cycle changes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any hormonal, reproductive, or endocrine condition — including but not limited to PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, thyroid disease, or infertility. If you suspect a hormonal or reproductive health condition, or if your cycles are significantly irregular, painful, absent, or accompanied by other symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare provider for evaluation and appropriate medical care. Our products are also not intended to function as contraception and will not prevent pregnancy.

Perimenopause, Menopause, and Hormone Therapy

Stack is not a replacement for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), menopausal hormone therapy (MHT), or any prescription medication. Our supplements are intended to support nutritional needs that commonly shift during the perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal years. Decisions about HRT, MHT, or any hormonal treatment should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. If you are currently taking hormone therapy or any prescription medication, consult your provider before adding any supplement to your routine, as some ingredients may interact.

Fertility and Trying to Conceive

Supplements that support fertility-related nutritional needs (such as folate, choline, omega-3 DHA, and CoQ10) are intended as preconception nutritional support only. They are not fertility treatments, do not guarantee conception, and do not replace the care of a reproductive endocrinologist, OB-GYN, or fertility specialist. If you are struggling to conceive, have been trying for more than 12 months (or 6 months if over age 35), or have been diagnosed with a fertility-related condition, please seek qualified medical care.

Hormonal Birth Control

Hormonal contraceptives (combined pills, progestin-only pills, hormonal IUDs, patches, rings, implants, and injections) can deplete certain nutrients — most commonly B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C. Our recommendation engine adjusts for this depletion pattern based on the contraceptive type you report. These adjustments are nutritional support only and do not alter, replace, or interfere with the action of your contraceptive. If you experience any side effects or have questions about your birth control method, consult your prescribing provider.

Heavy Periods, Painful Periods, or Abnormal Bleeding

If you experience unusually heavy periods, severe cramping that interferes with daily activities, bleeding between periods, or any sudden change in your cycle, please see a healthcare provider. These can be signs of underlying conditions (such as fibroids, endometriosis, polyps, or thyroid dysfunction) that require medical evaluation. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose or treat any of these conditions.

Postpartum

Supplements intended to support postpartum recovery are nutritional support only. They are not a substitute for postpartum medical care, including follow-up visits with your OB-GYN or primary care provider. If you are experiencing postpartum mood symptoms, bleeding concerns, breastfeeding difficulties, or any physical or emotional symptom that concerns you, please contact your provider immediately. Postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety are serious conditions that require appropriate medical care — not supplement substitution.

Individual Results May Vary

Your results may differ based on your unique physiology, health status, diet, lifestyle, genetics, consistency of use, life stage, hormonal status, and many other factors. Allergies and Sensitivities

While we strive to clearly label all ingredients and common allergens, it is your responsibility to review the complete ingredient list for each supplement in your stack before use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, verify that your recommended supplements do not contain substances you are allergic to. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

Drug Interactions

Dietary supplements may interact with prescription or over-the-counter medications, including hormonal therapies, thyroid medications, antidepressants, blood thinners, and blood pressure medications. If you are taking any medications, consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist before using our products to ensure there are no potential interactions.

Age and Eligibility

Our products are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. Stack is not intended for use by children or adolescents. If you are under 18, please do not use our products and instead consult a pediatrician for age-appropriate nutritional guidance.

Quality and Testing

All Stack supplements are manufactured in GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities and are third-party tested for purity, potency, and contaminants including heavy metals. Certificates of analysis are available upon request by emailing hello@get-stack.com.
