We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your Stack. This Refund Policy outlines your options if something isn't right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Order Only)

Your first order is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your supplements for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This guarantee applies once per customer and to the first order only.

What the Guarantee Covers

The 30-day guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the product itself — taste, tolerance, or general experience. It does not guarantee specific health outcomes or results, as individual responses to supplements vary based on many factors outside our control.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to (a) claims based on expected health results that did not materialize, (b) failure to take supplements as directed, (c) orders beyond your first month, or (d) issues caused by failure to disclose relevant health information in the assessment.

Recurring Subscription Orders

For second-month orders and beyond, we do not offer refunds for supplements that have been opened or used. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. If your shipment arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or was not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us at hello@get-stack.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges and shipments but does not automatically trigger a refund for orders already processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Return Shipping

For refund requests on your first order, we do not require you to return the product. For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos but will not require you to return the shipment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank or credit card provider.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@get-stack.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
