Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all subscription orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Subscription Shipments
Recurring orders are automatically shipped each month based on your billing date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking each time.
Address Changes
Update your shipping address through your account dashboard before your next billing date. Changes after an order has been processed cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, contact hello@get-stack.com and we'll send a replacement.
International
