Why you'll love it
Iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency in the world, affecting an estimated 2 billion people. And traditional iron supplements are notorious for their side effects: constipation, nausea, stomach pain, and that metallic taste. It's the supplement people know they need but dread taking.
Easy Iron changes that equation. By using a chelated iron form (iron bound to amino acids), this supplement dramatically reduces the GI side effects that plague standard iron sulfate or iron oxide supplements. Chelated iron is absorbed through amino acid transport pathways in the intestine rather than the standard mineral absorption pathways, resulting in better absorption with less irritation.
Iron is essential for hemoglobin — the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to every tissue in your body. When iron is low, you feel it everywhere: persistent fatigue, brain fog, poor exercise tolerance, and that "running on empty" feeling that no amount of sleep seems to fix. Women of reproductive age, vegetarians/vegans, endurance athletes, and frequent blood donors are at highest risk.

How much do I really need?
Take one 18mg capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach or between meals for maximum absorption. If stomach sensitivity occurs, take with a small amount of food. Vitamin C enhances iron absorption, so pairing with vitamin C is ideal. Avoid taking with calcium, coffee, or tea, which inhibit iron absorption.
